Do you offer off-the-shelf courses or is everything custom?

Our procurement courses in Dubai are customized. We do not sell pre-packaged courses. Every program is built around your organization, your team's current capability level, and the specific procurement challenges you are trying to solve. If you need a starting point, our Training Needs Assessment gives us exactly what we need to design the right program.

Who delivers the training?

Procurement and supply chain professionals who have done the work themselves. Every trainer holds MCIPS Level 6 and a formal certification in instructional design or adult learning. You will not get a career trainer reading from a slide deck someone else built.

Can you train our internal team to deliver programs themselves?

Yes. That is exactly what the Train the Trainer program is for. We build your internal facilitators so they can deliver training confidently and independently, without needing to bring us back in every time. It is designed to scale.

What formats do you deliver in?

In-person, virtual, and hybrid. We adapt to whatever setup your organization needs, whether that is a single intensive session, a multi-module program rolled out over time, or a blended mix of both.

How long does it take to get a program up and running?

That depends on the scope. A focused single-topic session can be scoped and delivered relatively quickly. A full Academy build or multi-team rollout takes longer because we do it properly. The first step is a conversation, and from there we will give you a realistic timeline based on what you actually need.
